CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA, APPROVING A DELEGATION REQUEST FOR
PARK PLACE THERAPEUTIC CENTER TO CHANGE A
NOTE ON THE FACE OF PLAT FROM OFFICE USE
AND 6,071 SQUARE FEET OF DAY CARE CENTER TO
33,481 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE USE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend the notation
on the face of the plat previously approved by the City
Council:
"Melaur Medical Plaza Plat"
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
Section 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
delegation request by Park Place Therapeutic Center, to
change the notation on the plat of Melaur Medical Plaza Plat
to state the use is restricted to "33,481 square feet of
office use".
Section 2: That the note stating use is restricted to
"office use and 6,071 square feet of day care center" is
hereby removed.
Section 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon
adoption.
