4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
APPROVING A DELEGATION REQUEST FROM PULTE HOMES
S CORPORATION TO ADJUST FOUR (4) NON -VEHICULAR
ACCESS LINES, DELETE FOUR (4) TURN LANE
DEDICATIONS AND FOUR (4) TURN LANE IMPROVEMENTS,
TO ELIMINATE UNNECESSARY UTILITY EASEMENTS AND
9 CHANGE THE UNIT NOTE ON THE FACE OF THE LAND
SECTION 8 PLAT (UNRECORDED) FROM 470 SINGLE
FAMILY UNITS TO 286 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AND 156
TOWNHOMES; LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
p COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD AND NOB HILL ROAD; CASE NO.
19-P-93; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to further amend the
notation on the face of the plat previously approved by the
City Council:
"Land Section 8 Plat (Unrecorded)"
WHEREAS, the note currently restricts Parcels "A, B & C"
to 470 single-family homes (approved by City Council on
February 10, 1993) and the applicant is requesting to adjust
4 non vehicular access lines, delete 4 turn lane dedications
and 4 turn lane improvements, to eliminate unnecessary
utility easements and change the unit note on the face of the
unrecorded plat to 286 single family homes and 156 townhomes;
Case No. 19-P-93; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
delegation request by Pulte Home Corporation to adjust 4 non -
vehicular access lines, delete 4 turn dedications and 4 turn
lane improvements, to eliminate unnecessary utility easements
and change the notation on the face of the plat of Land
Section 8 (Unrecorded):
Parcels "A, B & C" are restricted to 286 single family homes
and 156 townhomes.

Temp. Reso. # 6487
SECTION 2: This delegation request is subject to County
and State approval of the land use amendment for Parcel "C"
from commercial to residential.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
