RESOLUTION NO. R-93-

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
6 SIGN CODE REQUESTED BY HOTZ PLAZA LOCATED AT
6301 COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Hotz Plaza has requested a waiver from Code

10 Chapter 18 governing signs; and
13 WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
xZ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
33 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Code Chapter 18
is
requested
by Hotz Plaza for a directory sign:

a.
Six (6)-feet high

b.
Sign face area of forty (40) square feet-

c.
With complex name letters nine (9) inches high
19
d.
With tenant name letters nine (9) inches high
e.
Building and tenant name areas of eight (8) and four

(4) square feet of individual name areas

f.
Allowing the directory to be ten (10) feet from the

property line

located at
6301 Commercial Boulevard is HEREBY APPROVED.

SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

28 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
29 immediately upon adoption.
