CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- 744
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT
INTO THE REAR YARD 5-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF NORTHWEST 76 STREET AND NORTHWEST 74
TERRACE (7431-7433 NORTHWEST 76 STREET,
TAMARAC); REQUESTED BY TOMMOSO TALERICO;
CASE NO. 1.7--P-93; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council HEREBY APPROVES an
encroachment into the rear yard 5-foot utility easement located on
the northeast corner of Northwest 76 Street and Northwest 74
Terrace (7431-7433 NW '76th Street, Tamarac) , requested by Tommoso
Talerico, Case No. 17-P-93, as described in Exhibit 1.
SECTION 2: That all franchised utility companies and the
City's Engineering Department have no objection to the request,
however, all companies claim no responsibility for damage in the
event of repair or replacement of their facilities.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of Browa.rd
County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
