CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93 -7CP
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR THE CITY OF
TAMARAC RECREATIONAL YOUTH PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEAR
1993/1994; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
VERABIL TY• AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, Public Services Department,
Recreation Division, provides Child Care and Recreational Youth
Programs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the collection of
fees to support said programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the fees for residents of the City of
Tamarac participating in the 1994 Tamarac Summer Recreation You
Programs shall be as follows:
FULL -DAY
PROGRAM
$
418.00
HALF -DAY
PROGRAM
$
198.00
FULL -DAY
ON -SITE PROGRAM
$
137.50
SECTION 2: That the fees for non-residents of the City of
Tamarac participating in the 1993/1994 Tamarac Summer Recreation
Youth Program shall be as follows:
FULL -DAY PROGRAM $ 528.00
HALF -DAY PROGRAM $ 247.50
FULL -DAY ON -SITE PROGRAM $ 220.00
SECTION 3: That the following discounts be provided:
SECOND CHILD IN A FAMILY 10%
CHILDREN OF CITY OF TAMARAC EMPLOYEES 25%
NO DISCOUNTS FOR FULL -DAY ON -SITE PROGRAM

gECTION 4: That the fees established for the City of Tamara
Youth Programs for Fiscal Year 1993/94 are as follows:
1) AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM Resident ..$23.0
(Monday to Friday) Non--Resident..$30.0
2:20 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Approximately 120 children
Per child, per week:
2) KIDS DAY OFF PROGRAMS Resident .....$15.0
9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Non-Resident..$19.0
Approximately 60 children
Per child, per week:
3) BEFORE SCHOOL Resident .....$11.0
(Monday to Friday) Non-Resident..$14.0
Approximately 45 children
Per child, per day:
7:30 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.
SECTION 5: The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby
ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby
made a specific part of this Resolution.
SECTIQN__6: A1.1 Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION. 2 If any clause, section, or other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions or applications of this Resolution.
SECTION 8; This Resolution shall become effective immediatel
upon its passage and adoption.
