A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT OF
1-FOOT INTO A 20-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN
THE REAR YARD OF A HOME LOCATED AT 8331
NORTHWEST 74 STREET TO ALLOW AN EXISTING
CONCRETE SLAB AND SCREEN ENCLOSURE TO
REMAIN; PETITION NO. 23-P-93; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves an
encroachment of 1-foot into a 20-foot utility easement in the
rear yard of a home located at 8331 Northwest 74 Street
(Krevoy) to allow an existing concrete slab and screen
enclosure to remain, Petition No, 23-P-93, as described in
Exhibit 1, attached.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
