CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- CELL
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PORTION OF A CASH
BOND POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR
NORTHWEST 80TH STREET PAVEMENT REPAIR WITH
A PORTION RETAINED AS A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has filed with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $ 2,825.00 for Northwest 80th Street
Pavement Repair; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of $2,118.75 of the $2,825.00 cash bond with $706.25 to
be retained as a one-year warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $2,118.75 of the $2,825.00 cash bond
posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., for Northwest 80th Street pavement
repair is HEREBY RELEASED, with $706.25 to be retained as a one-
year warranty bond.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
