CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY WATERS EDGE OF TAMARAC,
INC., FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO NORTHWEST 94
AVENUE, TAMARAC, ; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Waters Edge of Tamarac, Inc., has filed with the
City a cash performance bond in the amount of $2,0.00.00 to
guarantee installation of improvements to Northwest 94 Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash performance bond, pursuant to City Code
Section 10-156.-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance bond posted by Waters
Edge of Tamarac, Inc., in the amount of $2,000.00 for
improvements at Northwest 94 Avenue is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
