CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
SHELL OIL COMPANY FOR SHELL OIL STATION
LOCATED AT 5001 STATE ROAD 7, TAMARAC; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Shell Oil Company, has filed with the City a cash
performance Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 to guarantee public
improvements at the Shell Oil Station located at 5001 State Road
7, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of $1,500.00 of said performance bond with the City
retaining $500.00 as a one-year warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $1,500.00 of the $2,000.00 cash
performance Bond posted by Shell Oil Company, for public
improvements at the Shell Oil Station located at 5001 State Road
7, Tamarac, is HEREBY RELEASED, with the City retaining $500.00
as a one-year warranty bond.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. {
