RESOLUTION NO. R-92- I gOP--
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN CODE REQUESTED BY REGENCY HOMES FOR
INSTALLATION OF AN ANNOUNCING SIGN
LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF NORTHWEST 88
AVENUE AND NORTHWEST 75 STREET (TRACT 67
WOODMONT GREENS); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Regency Homes has requested a waiver from Code
Chapter 18 governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Code Chapter 18
requested by Regency Homes for an announcing sign prior to final
site plan approval located at the corner of Northwest 88 Avenue and
Northwest 75 Street (Tract 67 Woodmont Greens) is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
