CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE PAVING,
DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR CLAIRMONT PARCEL
"B" A/K/A CLAIRMONT FIRST ADDITION, PHASE
I: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast
Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No.00000000028093 in the amount of $2,078.13 posted for
maintenance of the paving, drainage, sidewalks, curbs and gutters
for the Clairmont Parcel "B" a/k/a Clairmont First Addition, Phase
I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No.00000000028093 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast Bank, N.A., as
Surety, in the amount of $2,078.13 posted for maintenance of the
paving, drainage, sidewalks, curbs and gutters for the Clairmont
Parcel "B" a/k/a Clairmont First Addition, Phase I project, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
