A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM BY
i LENNAR HOMES, INCORPORATED, FOR KINGS
POINT, GRANVILLE, PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN
.� EFFECTIVE DATE.
t WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal., and Southeast,
Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
0 No. 31143 in the amount of $8,111.60 posted for the sanitary sewer
i system for the Kings Point, Granville, Phase I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
3 release of said warranty bond.
.d NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
S TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
4 SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 31143 posted by Lennar
7 Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast Bank, N.A., as Surety, in
.9 the amount of $8,111.60 for the sanitary sewer system for the
Kings Point, Granville, Phase I project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
211 immediately upon adoption. �
