CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. 0-92-�4
A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEES FOR
CONSIDERATION OF MAJOR AND MINOR
DELEGATION REQUESTS; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Code Section 21-89 (d) provides for the
establishment of fees for major and minor delegation request.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
S-EGIIQN 1 • The application fee for a category (1) minor
delegation request which include any and all notations, nonvehicular
accesslines, access openings, and/or easements is one hundred and
fifty dollars ($150.00).
The application fee for a category (1) major
delegation request which include any changes to the the interior of
the perimeter of the plat including but not limited to changes or
elimination of lot lines, lots, and rights -of -way is one thousand
dollars ($1000.00).
The application fee for a category (2) delegation
request is one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).
T N All resolutions or part of resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION _ : If any clause, section, other part or application of
this Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
SEQTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
