RESOLUTION NO. R-92- I!J\
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION R-85-15
WHICH ISSUED DEVELOPMENT ORDER 133 FOR
THE CINNAMON TREE PROFESSIONAL PLAZA
PROJECT TO REMOVE THE CONDITION THAT
NO USE WITH PARKING GREATER THAN ONE
(1) SPACE FOR 200 SQUARE FEET WILL BE
PERMITTED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
IWHEREAS, Sunrise Commercial Realty, agent for Cinnamon
Tree Professional Plaza, is requesting an amendment to the approved
development order; and
WHEREAS, Resolution R-85-15 approved the original
development order in which there was a condition restricting the
project as follows: "no use with parking greater than 1/200 will be
permitted"; and
WHEREAS, if this restriction is lifted and the parking
waiver is approved, medical offices would be allowed in the
building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1.D.1 of Resolution R-85-15
shall read as follows:

immediately upon adoption.
