CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92-_ALJq
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER N0.071-1 FOR WOODMONT TRACT 67
(WOODMONT GREENS) PROJECT FOR A FINAL
SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTIONS 10-2 THROUGH 10-29 OF THE
TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Counci
of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised i
accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of th
meeting regarding the review of the application for a revise
development order by the applicant for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated th
application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and th
attached Development Review Status Sheet dated August 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised developmen
order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the appli
cation is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan
or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate o
Occupancy for the development that is the subject of th
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY O
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the development described on the attache
Development Review Status Sheet dated August 13, 1992 is granted
revised development order to proceed subject to the followin

conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the Cit
of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Revie
Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer tha
one year from the date of this approval. If the development doe
not commence construction within one year, this approval is null an
void unless an extension has been granted in accordance wit
applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but a
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict complianc
with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of th
original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue th
revised development order are set forth as follows:

SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of thi:
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the
other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be gull and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditionec
shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
