CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92- J"J
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE WATER
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
FOR DEVON PHASE II; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast
Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No.00000000028605 in the amount of $12,195.00 posted for
maintenance of the water distribution system for the Devon Phase,
II project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No.00000000028605 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast Bank, N.A., as
Surety, in the amount of $12,195.00 posted for maintenance of the
water distribution system for the Devon Phase II project, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
