R-92- 151 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT INTO THE FIVE-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 5601 MULBERRY DRIVE, TAMARAC, THE WOODLANDS SECTION SEVEN, PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 41, BLOCK 29, LOT 14; REQUESTED BY LEO KLEIN; PETITION #29-Z-92; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves an encroachment into the five (5) foot utility easement located at 5601 Mulberry Drive, Tamarac, the Woodlands Section Seven, Plat Book 67, Page 41, Block 29, Lot 14, requested by Leo Klein, Petition #29-Z-92, as described in Exhibit 1 attached.
