CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92- `:!5LP
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BUILD TO
SUIT PARTNERS II FOR WALGREENS/WOODMONT SHOPPES
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Build To Suit Partners II, as Principal, and Sun
Bank/South Florida National Association, as Surety, has filed with
the City Letter of Credit No. P4560 in the amount of $15,005.25
for public improvements for the Walgreens/Woodmont Shoppes
Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. P4560 posted by
Build To Suit Partners II, as Principal, and Sun Bank/South
Florida National Association, as Surety, in the amount of
$15,005.25 for public improvements for the Walgreens/Woodmont
Shoppes Project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
