CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92- 1159
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO REGULAR
MEMBERS AND ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing a
member to the Consumer Affairs Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2-106 of the Code,
the following two people are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular
members of the Consumer Affairs Committee for a term to
expire June 20, 1993:
Samuel Polinsky
Sam Bernstein
SECTION 2: That the following person is HEREBY
APPOINTED as an alternate member for the Consumer Affairs
Committee for a term to expire June 20, 1993:
Edward Kassof
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
