CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92- 1L05
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR DRAINAGE AND RIGHT TURN LANE
IMPROVEMENTS BY UNITED UNDERGROUND
CONTRACTOR CORPORATION FOR THE RIGHT TURN
LANE AT NORTHWEST 71 PLACE AND NOB HILL
ROAD AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, United Underground Contractor Corporation, as
Principal, and American Bonding Company, as Surety, has filed with
the City Letter of Credit No. 0951-0249 in the amount of $5,436.86
posted for drainage and right turn lane improvements on Northwest
71 Place at Nob Hill Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
7 SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 0915-0249 posted by
6 United Underground Contractor Corporation, as Principal, and
' American Bonding Company, as Surety, in the amount of $5,436.86
(7 for drainage and right turn lane improvements at Northwest 71
Place and Nob Hill Road, is HEREBY RELEASED.
2 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
3 immediately upon adoption.
4 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this »day of OCktllt� , 1992.
