CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92- e
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE LETTER
OF CREDIT POSTED FOR A SANITARY SEWER
COLLECTION SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES,
INCORPORATED FOR THE TRENT-PHASE I PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB
National Bank of Florida, as Surety, has filed with the City
performance Letter of Credit No. 16573 in the amount of
$19,527.75 for Sanitary Sewer Collections Systems at the Trent -
Phase I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance Letter of Credit upon receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $7,488.64.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Letter of Credit No.16573
posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB National
Bank of Florida, as Surety, in the amount of $19,527.75 posted
for public improvements at the Trent -Phase I project is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $7,488.64.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
