CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DRAINAGE FACILITIES BY UNITED
UNDERGROUND CONTRACTOR CORPORATION FOR THE
TRACT 27 SPORTS COMPLEX; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, United Underground Contractor Corporation, as
Principal, and American Bonding Company, as Surety, has filed
with the City performance Bond No. 9210936 in the amount of
$9,999.00 to guarantee drainage facilities at the Tract 27
Sports Complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $ 2,499.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Bond No. 9210936 posted by
United Underground Corporation, as Principal, and American
Bonding Company, as Surety, in the amount of $9,999.00 posted
for drainage facilities at the Tract 27 Sports Complex is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $2,499.75.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
