CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--92- a-7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS OFFERED BY
ULYSSES G. TELEGADIS, TRUSTEE, PROHIBITING
AUTO PAINT BODY SHOPS AND PAWN SHOPS IN
BROOKWOOD PLAZA; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Declaration of Restrictions offered
by Ulysses G. Telegadis, Trustee, prohibiting auto paint body
shops and pawn shops in Brookwood Plaza, is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said document being attached hereto as
Exhibit 1.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of
Broward County.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

DECLARATION of RESTRICTIONS
RELATING TO:
Lots 1 thru 12, Block 248, less the North 2.00 feet thereof, The
Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, Unit 15, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book. 71, Page 3, of the Public Records of
Broward County. Said lands situate, lying and being in Broward
County, Florida.
ULYSSES G. TELEGADIS, Trustee, the owner of all of the
foregoing described lands, does hereby impress on said lands the
covenants, restrictions, reservations and servitudes as hereinafter
• set forth.
1. USE. No commercial activity shall be carried on upon any of
the foregoing described lands which shall involve the operation of
Auto Paint and Body Shops and Pawn Shops.
2. DURATION OF RESTRICTION. The foregoing covenants, restric-
tions, reservations and servitudes running with the land shall bind
all persons claiming ownership or use of any portions of said land
in perpetuity.
