RESOLUTION NO. R-92- -
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR
BANK ACCOUNTS AT SUN BANK/SOUTH FLORIDA,
N.A.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That Sun Bank/South Florida, N.A. is hereby
directed to accept the facsimile signature of the following
officials:
H.L. Bender, Mayor
and
John P. Kelly, City Manager
for the following accounts:
ACCOUNT ACCOUNT NUMBER
Concentration Account 0407-006549866
Accounts Payable 0407-006549877
Payroll 0407-006549888
SECTION 2 In the event the facsimile signature is not
available, the bank is hereby directed to accept any two (2)
of the following written signatures:
