A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-90-190
TO PROVIDE FOR THE TRANSFER OF A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF
"ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES" TO SAL GALLUZZO, OWNER
CASA LINDA RESTAURANT, INSTEAD OF "BEER AND
WINE" AT 8765 NORTHWEST 57TH STREET; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
No. R-90-190, approved transfer of a special exception to
permit the consumption of "beer and wine" on the premises of
8765 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac for Sal Galluzzo, owner of
Casa Linda Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
amending Resolution No. R-90-190 to provide for the transfer
of a special exception for on -premises consumption of
"alcoholic beverages" instead of "beer and wine" would be in
keeping with the public health, safety and general welfare of
the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That Resolution No. R-90-190 is hereby
amended to transfer a special exception to permit the on -
premises consumption of "alcoholic beverages" instead of
"beer and wine" at 8765 N.W. 57th Street, requested by Sal
Galluzzo, owner Casa Linda Restaurant.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
