CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92--/41_
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY GREENVIEW
APARTMENTS, LTD. FOR GREENVIEW APARTMENTS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Greenview Apartments, Ltd., as Principal, and
Flagler Federal, as Surety, has filed with the City a warranty
bond in the amount of $45,612.75 posted for public improvements
for the Greenview Apartments project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond posted by Greenview
Apartments, Ltd., as Principal., and Flagler Federal., as Surety, in
the amount of $45,612.75 for public improvements for the Greenview
Apartments project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. �,y�
