3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
4 CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY
FUNDAMENTAL HOPKINS-EASTON NO. 11 LTD.
5 FOR VISUAL GRAPHICS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Fundamental Hopkins -Easton No. 11 Ltd., as
Principal, and Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A. International
Operations, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
No.. 037-LC-373735 in the amount of $66,850.00 for water
retention in accordance with Resolution No. R-89-254 associated
with the Visual Graphics project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and the Principal has
been notified that the work is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit No. 037-LC-373735 in the
amount of $66,850.00 posted by Fundamental Hopkins -Easton No. 11
Ltd., as Principal, and Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A.
International Operations, as Surety, is HEREBY CALLED by the
City of Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to said
bond on or before March 25, 1992.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
