CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-9246

A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PEBB
ENTERPRISES FOR POINT PLAZA; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pebb Enterprises, as Principal, with NCNB National
Bank of Florida, as Surety, has filed with the City performance
Letter of Credit No. 15855 in the amount of $39,342.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Point Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $9,835.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Letter of Credit No. 15855
posted by Pebb Enterprises, as Principal, and NCNB National Bank
of Florida, as Surety, in the amount of $39,342.00 posted for
public improvements at Point Plaza is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $9,835.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
