CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
VACATING THE PUBLIC SAFETY INGRESS/EGRESS
EASEMENT FOR THE MALVERN PROJECT AS
RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14706, PAGE 558 OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PETITION NO. 13--Z-92; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tamarac, by the adoption of
Resolution R-87-231 on June 24, 1987, accepted a public
safety ingress/egress easement from Hidden Hollow Apartments
II, Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to vacate this
easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the public safety ingress/egress
easement for the Malvern project as described in Exhibit "A"
and as recorded in O.R. Book 14706, Page 558 of the public
records of Broward County, Florida, Petition No. 13-Z-92, is
HEREBY VACATED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. V`,

WHEREAS, Grantor desires to create a non-exclusive easement

in favor of grantee for ingress and egress over the property, as
indicated on Exhibit "A", upon the terms and conditions set forth
herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
• ($1.00) paid to Grantor, the receipt and adequacy of which is
hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable considerations,
Grantor does hereby create, establish and grant a non-exclusive
easement on, over, under and through the Property to Grantee for
the purpose of permitting public ingress and egress across the
property to provide municipal services such as utility services,
fire protection, police protection -and emergency and other public
safety services.
