3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF THE
FIVE (5) FEET OF A TWENTY (20) FOOT
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR THE
MALVERN PROJECT AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF
HIDDEN HOLLOW APARTMENTS RECORDED IN
6 PLAT BOOK 134, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PETITION NO. 15--Z-92; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Vacation of the east five (5) feet
of a twenty (20) foot utility and drainage easement for the
Malvern project as shown on the Plat of Hidden Hollow
Apartments as recorded in Plat Book 134, Page 23 of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida, Petition No. 15-Z
92, a description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the
requirements of Section 177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws
of Florida, Special Acts of 1953, as amended from time to
time, which sets forth a procedure for partial vacations
dedications granted in plats and this vacation is contingent
upon approval by the Broward County Board of County
Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of Section
177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts
of 1953, as amended from time to time, within one year of the
date of this approval.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
