R-92 - (P A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC APPROVING A DECLARATION OF RESTRIC- TIONS RELATING TO FOOD AND ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT MAINLANDS CENTER, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE AND NW 58 STREET; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a Declaration of Restrictions offered by Nicholas A. Cassas, Owner, relating to food and on -premises consumption of alcoholic beverages at Mainlands Center, located at the northeast corner of University Drive and NW 58 Street. USE . No commercial activity shall be carried on upon any of the foregoing described lands which shall involve the operation of a restaurant or deli or the preparation of food. The consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises is prohibited. 2. DURATION OF RESTRICTION . The foregoing covenants, restrictions, reservations and servitudes running with the land shall bind all persons claiming ownership or use of any portions of said land until March 1, 2008. 3. EFFECT ON PRIOR DECLARATION . The foregoing covenants, restrictions, reservations and servitudes shall'supercede, replace, and partially extinguish an existing Declaration of Restrictions found in OR Book 7550 at Page 21, Broward County Records.
