R-92-71 A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE CITY'S ANNUAL PURCHASE OF FIRE HYDRANTS, TAPPING SLEEVES, VALVES, PIPE AND RELATED APPURTENANCES FOR PROJECT 90-19, T.U.W. WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County, on Wednesday, March 11, 1992 and Wednesday, March 18, 1992; and WHEREAS, bids were opened Wednesday, March 25, 1992; and WHEREAS, Sav-On Utility Supplies, Inc., is the lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the bid of Sav-On Utility Supplies, Inc., 4250 S.W. 59 Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33314, for the City's Annual purchase of fire hydrants, tapping sleeves, valves, pipe and related appurtenances at the prices shown on the attached sheets for Project 90-19, T.U.W.
