R-92- A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR TAMARAC PUBLIC SERVICES WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, PUMP STATIONS NO. 14A AND NO. 21 REHABILITATION, PROJECT NO. 88-24; BID NO. 92-09; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
