CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
' RESOLUTION NO. R-92- 'C
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR
MALVERN; AND PROVIDINd AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, a final plat has been submitted for approval by
the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac
has reviewed said final plat and has made recommendation for
10 approval, adoption and execution of said. final plat by the City of
21 Tamarac; and
32 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said final plat
33 and has made .recommendation for approval and acceptance of said
34 final plat by the City of Tamarac; and.
35 WHEREAS, the City of `.Pamara.c is now desirous of approv-
36 ing said final plat.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1d TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
39 SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
2C ommission and the City Engineer, the final plat submitted for
23 pproval, the same being Malvern, is HEREBY APPROVED.
22 SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby

authorized and instructed to execute said final plat.

SECTION 3: That the Development Review requirements of
25
the Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been satisfied.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
27
immediately upon adoption.
