RESOLUTION NO. R-92- g)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A SATISFACTION
OF MORTGAGE FROM JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES FOR
THE OLD CITY HALL BUILDING LOCATED AT 5811
NW 88 AVENUE, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute a Satisfaction of Mortgage from
Jehovah's Witnesses for the old City Hall building located at
5811 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, a copy of said document being
attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of
Broward County.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

SATISFACTION OF NORTgAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal
Florida corporation, is the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed
executed by THE FORT LAUDERDALE CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, INC.,
a Florida corporation, to the CITY OF TAMARAC, bearing date of December
13, 1991, recorded in Official Records Book 1900, Page 735, in the Public
Records of Broward County, State of Florida, securing a certain note in
the principal sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), and
certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 - 4 in Block 2 of Lyons Industrial Park,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 71,
Page 1, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida.
and hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs
that said County's official record's keeper may mark said Mortgage Deed
described herein as paid and cancelled in the County's public records.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We, on behalf of the CITY OF TAMARAC, the mortgagor
herein, have hereunto set our hands and seals this day of
