CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-92- 2
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO (2) REGULAR
AND TWO (2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing two
(2) regular members and two (2) alternate members to the
Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 24-37 of the
Code, the following persons are hereby appointed as regular
members of the Board of Adjustment for a term to expire July
16, 1995:
Jerry Fordin
Dr. Alfred Wald
SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as alternate members of the Board of Adjustment for
terms to expire July 17, 1993:
Arthur Santman
Joseph Lubin
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6IIrk
