CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- / 0/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
BARNETT BANK OF SOUTH FLORIDA, N.A.,
FOR THE BARNETT BANK LOCATED AT UNI-
VERSITY DRIVE AND NW 82ND STREET,
TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A., has filed with
the City a cash warranty bond in the amount of $4,850.75 posted
for public improvements for the Barnett Bank located at University
Drive and NW 82nd Street, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond posted by Barnett
Bank of South Florida, N.A., in the amount of $4,850.75 for public
improvements for the Barnett Bank located at University Drive and
NW 82nd Street, Tamarac, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this // day of a h l , 1990.
