CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- /09
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-90-87
WHICH RELEASED A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF LAND-
SCAPING IMPROVEMENTS BY HAYNES KAUFMAN
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., FOR STARR CENTRE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Haynes Kaufman Construction Co., Inc., had
filed with the City a cash performance bond in the amount of
$1,554.00 to guarantee installation of landscaping at Starr
Centre; and
WHEREAS, the Tamarac City Council approved Resolution
R-90-87 on March 28, 1990 authorizing release of this cash
performance bond to Haynes Kaufman Construction Co., Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, it was determined that Haynes Kaufman Constru-
tion Co., Inc., is now out of business and no longer exits;
and
WHEREAS, Starr Centre has requested that this cash
performance bond be released to them and have agreed to
indemnify the City of Tamarac from any and all liability that
may arise as a result of the disbursement of the bond as
requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Resolution R-90-87 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: The cash performance bond posted by Haynes
Kaufman Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $1,554.00
for installation of landscaping at Starr Centre is HEREBY.
RELEASED to Starr Centre, 7101 West Mc Nab Road, Tamarac.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective

immediately upon adoption.
