CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90 - 11J-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE AT
PICCADILLY CAFETERIA, SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF A
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Piccadilly Cafeteria, Inc., as Principal, and Safeco
Insurance Company of America, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond
No. 5247751 in the amount of $3,500.00 to guarantee the construction
of the driveway entrance at Piccadilly Cafeteria; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $2,165.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Bond No. 5247751 posted by Piccadilly
Cafeteria, Inc., as Principal, and Safeco Insurance Company of
America, as Surety, in the amount of $3,500.00 for the construction
of the driveway entrance at Piccadilly Cafeteria is HEREBY RELEASED
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$2,165.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. _ou
