CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA AMENDING PARAGRAPHS 5 AND 6 OF
STIPULATION 19 IN CASE NO. 72-11731-CZ WITH
RESPECT TO PROHIBITED USES AND LANDSCAPING; AND
PROVIDING AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That Stipulation 19 as approved by
Resolution #86-36 be amended, as allowed by the provisions of
said Stipulation, by deleting Paragraph 5 and replacing said
item with the following:
5. The use of the property is hereby restricted to
preclude the uses of:
SECTION 2:
A) ATHLETIC CLUBS & GYMS
B) CONVENIENCE STORES
C) FUNERAL HOME
D) LODGE HALLS
That Stipulation
19 as approved by
Resolution #86-36 be amended, as allowed by the provisions of
said Stipulation, by deleting Paragraph 6 and replacing said
item with the following:
6. Required landscaDina and berms shall be provided
as shown on the landscaping plan approved by the
City Council on April 25', 1990.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
