RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 131
S A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 82-7 FOR WOODMONT COUNTRY CLUB
HALFWAY HOUSE POOL AREA PROJECT FOR A REVISED
SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTIONS 10-2 THROUGH 10-29 OF THE TAMARAC
8 CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
0 Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance
.1 with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting
2 regarding the review of the application for a revised development
3 order by the applicant for development approval; and
4 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
5 application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and the
6 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated March 30, 1990; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
8 application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and the
attached Development Review Status Sheet dated March 30, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application
•1 is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will
•'2 be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
'3 for the development that is the subject of the application.
�4 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
t5 FLORIDA:
t6 SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised
t7 site plan for Woodmont Country Club Halfway House Pool Area, prepared
by Carl A. Peterson, Saul G. Suarez, Architects and Associates, Inc.,
t9 revised on March 19, 1990, reflecting an additional dining area and
j0 storage area is HEREBY APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac
33 as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and
34 approved engineering drawings.
35 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one
year from the date of this approval. If the development does not
commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void
unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable
regulations.

C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance
with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the
original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
revised development order are set forth as follows:
N ONE
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this revised
development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of
the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and
void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned
shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
