CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- �3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
OFFERED BY MORTY WOLF, TRUSTEE, PROHIBITING THE
SALE OF PROPANE GAS AND/OR LAWN MAINTENANCE
SERVICES OR REPAIRS ON LANDS AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF MCNAB ROAD AND N.W. BOTH AVENUE
(PARCEL A OF WOODMONT PLAZA); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1:' That the Restrictive Covenant offered by Morty
Wolf, Trustee, prohibiting the sale of propane gas and/or lawn
maintenance services or repairs on -lands at the northeast corner of
Mc Nab road and N.W. 80th Avenue (Parcel A of Woodmont Plaza), is
hereby accepted, a copy of said covenant being attached hereto as
"Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said Covenant in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9 day of ;11147 '1990.

RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
Whereas Morty Wolf, Trustee, is the owner (hereinafter referred to as
"owner") of real property known and described as:
Woodmont Plaza, Parcel A, Plat Book 110, Page 14 of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida (hereinafter
referred to as "Property")
Whereas owner desires to prohibit the use of such property
for the retail sales of propane gas and/or lawn maintenance
services or repairs.
Now, therefore,
Owner voluntarily and without duress of any kind or nature,
does hereby agree as follows:
1. The property shall be prohibited to be used
for the retail sale of propane gas and/or
lawn maintenance services or repairs.
2. This restrictive covenant shall be recorded
amongst the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida.
3. This restrictive covenant shall run with the
property and be binding upon the owners
sucessors and assigns from this date and
forever.
