CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-1-�6,
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE BY THE ISLES OF
TAMARAC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION A/K/A ISLES
BUILDING:. FUND, FOR THE ISLES OF TAMARAC
CLUBHOUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Isles of Tamarac Homeowners Association a/k/a
Isles Building Fund hz:,s filed with the City a cash Bond in the amount
of $2,000.00 toc�ja_ra
,:,tee paving and drainage at the Isles of Tamarac
Clubhouse:
1"y Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfac.,Lorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:,
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by the Isles of Tamarac
Homeowners Association a/k/a Isles Building Fund in the amount of
$2,000.00 posted for paving and drainage at the Isles of Tamarac
Clubhouse is HEREBY RELEASED subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $500.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
