CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-9 0- N�--2-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF
BRICK PAVERS BY L.O.A. DEVELOP-
MENT CORP., PERMIT #87-3299, AT
6110 WHITE OAK LANE, TAMARAC; AND
PROVIDING -AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, L.O.A. Development Corp., has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $750.00 to guarantee proper
installation of brick pavers at the edge of driveway at 6110 White
Oak Lane, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the cash bond posted by L.O.A. Develop-
ment Corp., in the amount of $750.00 posted to guarantee the proper
installation of brick pavers at the edge of driveway at 6110 White
Oak Lane, Tamarac, Permit #87-3299 is HEREBY RELEASED to L.O.A.
Development Corp., 1150 Spanish River Road, Boca Raton, Florida
33432 (900514).
SECTION- 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. A/
