CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- /4-6'
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE BY LENNAR
HOMES, INC., FOR THE CLAIRMONT, PHASE I
PROJECT: ,, -AND -PROVIDING -AN -EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun
Bank/Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
20819 in the amount of $5,056.41 posted for paving and drainage for
the Clairmont, Phase I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 20819 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank/Miami, as Surety, in
the amount of $5,056.41 for paving and drainage for the Clairmont,
Phase I project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption, 'I;,
