CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--9 0- /446
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS
BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR THE CLAIRMONT,
PHASE I PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun
Bank/Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
20820 in the amount of $3,190.63 posted for sidewalks, curbs and
gutters for the Clairmont, Phase I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 20820 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank/Miami, as Surety, in
the amount of $3,190.63 for sidewalks, curbs and gutters for the
Clairmont, Phase I project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
i=nediately upon adoption.
