CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- / '/-%
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR THE CLAIRMONT,
FIRST ADDITION, PHASE I PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun
Bank/Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
20821 in the amount of $23,639.00 posted for the water distribution
system for the Clairmont, First Addition, Phase I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the Letter of Credit No. 20821 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank/Miami, as Surety, in
the amount of $23,639.00 for the water distribution system for the
Clairmont, First Addition, Phase I project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
