CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- /-15-/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR THE FAIRFAX II
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN -EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Citibank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
No. 1QY-0489-300D4694 in the amount of $4,244.68 posted for the
water distribution and sewage collection systems for the Fairfax II
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION -1: That the Letter of Credit No. NY-0489-
30004694 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $4,244.68 for the water
distribution and sewage collection systems for the Fairfax II
project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13 day of 1990.
