CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 158
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; AND
PROVIDING AN -EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Code Enforcement Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2-74 of the Code,
the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED to the Code Enforcement
Board for terms to expire June 25, 1993:
Louis J. Sohn
Mery Cohen
SECTION 2: The appointments contained in this Resolu-
tion shall become effective June 21, 1990.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1.8th day of June, 1990.
