CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 159
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Board of Consumer Affairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2-106 of the Code,
the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED members of the Board of
Consumer Affairs for terms to expire June 20, 1991.
Irving Lopatey, Chairman
Harold Blank
Fred Adler
Curt Rosenfeld
Sam Polinsky
Nat Cohen
Ben Sonkin
SECTION 2: The appointments contained in this Resolu-
tion shall become effective June 21, 1990.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of June, 1990.
